7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days.
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Receipt or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened electronics (unless defective)
- Intimate apparel and underwear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return

Step 5: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Mobile Money).
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We'll arrange for free return shipping
- Choose between replacement or full refund
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
